We are pleased to provide directions for your convenience as a courtesy.   Please remember that it is YOUR responsibility to locate the ranch and arrive on time for your scheduled ride.  Late arrivals and no shows are considered a late cancellation and will be charged full price according to our 24-hour cancellation policy.  PLEASE ALLOW SUFFICIENT TRAVEL TIME.  Note:  All routes suggested below are subject to construction detours, traffic delays and road closures.  Caution:  GPS, mapping sites (such as Google, Yahoo, etc.) and other navigational equipment will NOT give you the correct destination since we are within a state park and our street number is not in sequence.

95 North to Exit 373 (A1A Fernandina Beach/Yulee)
Travel approx. 12 miles to bridge crossing Amelia River (entering Amelia Island)
Make right at first red right onto Amelia Island Parkway
Travel approx. 3 miles and pass local municipal airport
Bear right onto Buccaneer Trail (A1A South)
Travel approx. 6 miles to Amelia Island State Park
Make left into park
Make left through ranch gate

Cross bridge over Nassau Sound (entering Amelia Island)

From on the Island

Amelia Island is approx. 13 1/2 miles long and 3 1/2 miles wide at its widest point. If you are staying on the island, you are not very far from us from any hotel or bed and breakfast. Directions are as follows:

Amelia Hotel & Suites,  S. Fletcher
Take South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light (approx. 4 miles). Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 30 minutes travel time.)

Amelia Island Plantation, A1A
Travel A1A South for 2 miles. Make left into Amelia Island State Park. Make left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 10 minutes travel time.) 

Amelia Surf & Raquet Club, Amelia Island Parkway
Make left leaving the club and travel approx. 1 ½ miles to stop sign. Make left onto A1A South. Travel 4 ½ miles and make left into Amelia Island State Park. Make left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 15 minutes travel time.)

Best Western, Sadler Road
Take left leaving hotel onto Sadler.  Take right onto South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light (approx. 4 miles). Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 30 minutes travel time.)

Elizabeth Point Lodge, S. Fletcher
Take left onto South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light (approx. 6 miles). Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 30 minutes travel time.)

Fort Clinch State Park, Atlantic Ave.
Leaving park gate take left onto Atlantic Ave. until you come to the ocean at South Fletcher. Take South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light. Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 35 minutes travel time.)

Hampton Inn, Sadler Road
Take left leaving hotel onto Sadler.  Take right onto South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light (approx. 4 miles). Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 30 minutes travel time.)

Hampton Inn & Suites, Historic Downtown
 Take Center Street (which turns into Atlantic Ave.) until you come to the ocean at South Fletcher. Take South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light. Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 30 minutes travel time.)

Historic Downtown, Center Street
(most B&Bs and Hampton Inn & Suites)
Take Center Street (which turns into Atlantic Ave.) until you come to the ocean at South Fletcher. Take South Fletcher (ocean will be on the left) to flashing red light. Make left onto A1A South. Travel 5 miles to Amelia Island State Park. Make left into park and left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 30 minutes travel time.)

Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, Amelia Island Parkway
Make left leaving the club and travel 1 ½ miles to stop sign. Make left onto A1A South. Travel 4 ½ miles and make left into Amelia Island State Park. Make left through ranch gate.  (Allow at least 15 minutes travel time.)
